We stayed four nights. Twice, they did the washing for us, it's very cheap. Hard to overstate how helpful it is to leave all your washing at the front desk in the morning and find it in your room, which is perfectly made up and clean, when you return at night. The rooms are small, just big enough to open two suitcases on the floor and step over them. Good enough for us. Air conditioning is good and can be regulated, but hard to avoid it blowing down on you at night, if you're prone to getting a cold that could be a problem, but we had exactly the same situation in many other hotels. You can always ask them to help you customize the air conditioning. There is a communal kitchen with free coffee, tea, hot and cold water, and some salty and the sweet snacks. It's open 24 hours, which is really nice if you come back very late and feel a bit peckish. The best thing is, of course, the location close to many sights. We enjoyed walking through the small Ikseon streets at night, choosing among the many charming restaurants. Insadong, a very 'happening' quarter, is also close by. Finally, another word on the service: by mistake, we checked out late. They called us, were very helpful and not even angry. Just lovely people!
