The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The beach view was amazing. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The entire experience was great and we can’t recommend this enough.

I cannot rave enough about BAMU. Our room was spacious, well appointed and we enjoyed using the in-room spa. Every day we look forward to the free breakfast which gets delivered to our room. Its location at Gwangalli Beach is perfect - most of Busan’s attractions are within 30 min Uber rides.

직원들이 정말 정말 친절합니다
객실은 넓고, 광안리 해변과도 가깝고
바다 보며 안에서 물놀이 하기도 좋아요.
조식도 좋았어요
드론쇼는 측면에서 볼 수 있습니다
바깥 소음이 있는 편인데...
그건 광안리가 시끄러워서 그런 것 같아요

先說結論，超級無敵不推薦！
1.房間只看得到海灘完全看不到大橋喔，連晚上的無人機燈光秀也因為角度的關係，有時候看不太出來無人機在表演什麼，因為無人機設計的角度是往海灘的方向。
2.房間很大(但一個晚上13000台幣快14000房間大是最最最基本的吧：），一堆無用的櫃子，以為有小廚房，結果連熱水壺跟一些簡單碗盤或是餐具都沒有，更不用說微波爐烤箱之類的，只放了一個膠囊咖啡機跟4個紅酒杯，覺得用起來非常難用的房間。
3.房間裡的浴缸大到不可思議，放水放了一個多小時，一半都不到連浴缸的第一個階梯都不到，真的是大到大可不必耶：）
4.廁所一直有排水孔的可怕味道，只好一直開著廁所燈，因為廁所燈打開時抽風機也會打開味道可以比較消散，但只要一離開房間就會斷電，所以一回來房間又會馬上聞到難聞的氣味呦！
5.雖然有附早餐，但屬於陽春型，兩天都特地問我咖啡要冰的還是熱的，我都說一冰一熱，送來總是2杯都冰的，齁呦那幹嘛問啦😍
6.房間隔音極差，真的極差，外面的高中生嘻笑聲、進貨貨車的倒車逼逼聲還有午夜限定的夜店低頻快樂震動聲，都一清二楚喔，晚上已經睡著了突然又被夜店聲音叫起來嗨，睡眠品質不好的人真的母湯來喔
7.窗簾也只是好看而已，房間一大早6.7.就會被亮醒，一樣睡眠品質不好的人們真的要避免

來說說他的優點！
1.地理位置好。

Everything is OK until we met the female night shift staff on 6/30. We met her at 6/30 and we already told her we reserved the room. i also gave her the passport to check. I don’t know why she didn’t want to use my passport to check or use her customer list. I even saw my name on the paper and i pointed my name to let her know. Second, before we met her,we confirmed with the male staff if BAMU has the taxi reservation service. He confirmed us BAMU has the service and just ask the service desk to call the taxi. Next day, the same female refused to help us. We said we already confirmed with the male staff that BAMU has the service , and she even afraid to look at my eyes and didn’t explain why. How could it happen if the customer needs to go to the airport? Training your staff. The female staff working time: from 2025 6/30 night to 7/1 daytime. One star service is for her. Busan is good except for her.

The entire stay was extremely fantastic, rooms was clean and filled with branded amenities. Staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Not to mentioned the wonderful customised breakfast that changes daily.

We had great time here. We love the balcony.The staff welcomed us with passion ! They even provide the Dyson styler.
