지하3층~지상42층의 고층 아파트 10개동과 오피스텔2개동으로 구성됨

또한 단지를 중심으로 단지내 산책, 조깅할수 있는 길이 약 800m가량 구간에 설치되어있어 산책하기 좋으며,

단지 아래로는 아브뉴프랑 이라는 상가가 있고 상가 좌우측과, 아파트 동 외곽에 에리베이터로 연결 되어있어 출입이 용이함

이웃에는 태영데시앙과, 상가, 그리고 어반브릭스라는 상업시설(호텔, 백화점, 스튜디오, 업무시설 등)01 들어와있으며

인근에 이케아, 코스트코, 롯데프리미엄 아울렛, 중대병원과 KTX광명역이 들어와 있어 이용에 편리함

또한 5분내 진입할수 있는 서해안, 제3경인고속, 제2경인고속, 외곽순환, 광명 오산고속도로 등 모두 접근성이 뛰어나며,

5분 거리에 광명,시흥 테크노벨리가 들어올 예정으로, 집값의 가치는 충분 하다고 생각함

태영과 상업지구를 공유하면서도 비교적 학교도 가깝다라는게 큰 장점이네요. 조경이 잘 되어있고 아브뉴프랑 상가도 예쁘고, 신안산선 개통후 더 기대되는곳이예요.
