I had an amazing experience with Seoul Guide Medical! From start to finish, the team made everything so easy and stress-free. I came to Korea for facial surgeries and also had a comprehensive health checkup, and they coordinated every detail with care and professionalism.

The coordinators were incredibly kind, always checking in with me and making sure I was comfortable and well-informed at every step. They explained everything clearly, helped with translations at the clinics, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported.

My recovery wasn’t too bad, but it was still such a relief to have someone there to help me order food or call a taxi when I had a bit of trouble. That kind of personal care made a big difference during my stay.

The person who created Seoul Guide Medical definitely thought about the necessity of a foreigner. Traveling to Korea is hard because very few people speaks English and even worst if you want to have a surgical procedure.
SGM help me through all the process, from budgets, referring to the best clinics for surgery and any doubts that I have, they answer me very fast. They use the best clinics so you don’t have to go back to fix something that is not well done.
They pick up and drop me off to the airport. In my first consultation, day of surgery and stitch removal, always one of their staff accompany me, helping with the translation and even something with my budget that he fix it.

I would like to share my experience with Seoul Guide Medical (SGM). From the very beginning of this journey they have guided me, provided options, helped me navigate the process and so much more. I was cautious, as I'm sure many international guests are and would be. But I can say with 100% confidence SGM is one of the best decisions I made.
From great communication (beginning to end), to the multiple clinic options, advocating for me as a patient and providing comfort in a foreign country.
