I have built and repaired computers for years but ran into a snag on my MSI laptop. I bought the part online, which was expensive, but Jays really didn't charge me much at all for their service. I hung out in the shop and watched Jays troubleshoot my laptop for hours, repair the issue, and then charge me next to nothing. Jay's charged me so little, that I felt like I was stealing from the man so I paid him more because I knew the work he did was difficult. If it wasn't super difficult, I would have just made the repair myself. So, for me, I would recommend. Jays is fair.

Whenever I needed cables RIGHT AWAY or simple computer accessories, Jay's was my go-to place. Always had what I needed at a fair price.

If you’re a soldier stay away from shops like these. They have resonable price, but the quality of the product are horrible. Brought my phone to get my screen replaced, dropped from my couch to my Cushing carpet and the screen shatter, while I had and otter box case and a screen protector. I had previous phone where the same case had happen and never had an issue. He will try to charge another fee, and not be helpful at all and make excuses. Will no longer use your services. You are better of getting your phone fixed at the PX.

The staff is reasonably friendly and speak ok English. Rather accommodating. Only place for Games Workshop stuff in the area so worth a stop for that, if you play that is.

Jay was very helpful. I gave him my iPad2 to repair because of a broken screen. My iPad had never looked better. Definitely using him again in the future.

A nearly full line-up of Citadel paints (Contrast Colours too). Sets for 40k and a few Warhammer Fantasy. Many Japanese manga and Anime figures Vinyl/Gunpla. Bandai Star Wars. Used current/last gen games and consoles. Magic the Gathering (some english cards), Pokemon, and Yugioh. This is all the Hobby side. Can't speak for the Repair side.
